Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your 2888pkr account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or the support email address. Before closing, you must withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance. Accounts with outstanding Bonus Funds at the time of closure will have those Bonus Funds forfeited. Account closure requests are subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

13.2 Termination by 2888pkr
